Test 1c and 3 – Post-disturbance loading and voltage limits with SHEP

Peak and trough case ▪ Category B (N – 1) and C (N – 2 and double) contingencies scan in steady state

Cat B observations: • Peak case – thermal overloads observed but violations (around the KTBR275 and PMJY275) not due to SHEP • Trough case no thermal overloads • Voltage band and range violations observed but these are not due to SHEP Cat C observations: • No thermal overloading observed on lines connected to PMU two buses away from the PCC (both peak and trough) • There are multiple thermal and voltage violations for N-2 of parallel lines in other parts of the network; but these are not due to SHEP

▪ Comply to the pre-disturbance loading and voltage limits under normal operation
