The VFD Trip Lock indicator illuminates when the VFD has a trip condition and locked. A Trip lock cannot be reset simply by pressing the reset button. The trip lock is typically due to drastic condition such as phase loss or incoming power issues. Cycling the power off and on is required to clear the issue once any external condition has been fixed.
The VFD Error indicator light illuminates when the VFD has a fault which has not created a trip condition.
The VFD Start Signal indicator light illuminates when the HMI is sending a start command to the VFD inside the selected unit.
The VFD Stop Signal indicator light illuminates when the HMI is sending a stop command to the VFD inside the selected unit.
The VFD Hz = Ref indicator light illuminates when the drive has reached the required speed. In automatic mode, this is the pressure tracking speed. In Manual Speed control, this is the set speed. The Safety Signal indicator light illuminates when the interlock signal is active. This is controlled by the single momentary pushbuttons on the front of the electrical panel of the selected unit.
