The Main Act. Val shows the percentage of the full scale output of the VFD and shows the Main Actual Value being sent to the motor. The Motor Power Out shows the actual power being sent to the motor. This can be much less than the motor rated size and varies with filter loading.
The Motor Voltage Out shows the actual value of the voltage being sent to the motor. This can be less than the unit's voltage rating and varies with the torque and speed requirements as well as the filter loading.
The Motor Amps Out shows the actual amperage being sent to the motor. This should typically be less than the motor Full Load Amps (FLA) unless the filters are fully loaded.
The Terminal 53 Value shows the actual voltage applied to the analog input of the drive from the differential pressure sensor. This value controls the speed of the drive for tracking the pressure drop due to filter loading.
The T53 Setting shows the setting of Terminal 53. This should always be '1' which shows the input is set to measure pressure.
The Drive OK indicator light illuminates when the drive is functioning properly with no errors, warnings, or trips.
