The Manual Speed Override Indicator is a RED indicator light which illuminates when the unit is not in automatic speed control and has had a
manual speed set using this screen.
The Set button is used to set the speed to the unit which has been input into the Manual Speed
Setting numerical display. This switches the unit over into the manual speed control. When this happens, the Manual Speed Override Indicator will illuminate. This button also starts the unit as if the start button has been pressed. The Stop button will stop the unit in the same way as pressing the stop button on the Main screen. This will NOT take the drive out of manual speed control. It will remain in the mode it was in before the button was pressed. The Auto button will take the unit out of Manual Speed control and resume Automatic Speed control. When this button is pressed, the Manual Speed Override Indicator will turn off. This button will NOT start or stop the unit. It will remain in the same running state it was in before the button was pressed. If the unit was running, it will speed up or down to the proper speed based on differential pressure drop.
The lower left numerical indicator is the Differential Pressure drop across the filters. If there is no pressure drop, the display will show '----'.
The lower right numerical indicator is the actual VFD Speed of the Variable Frequency Drive in Hz. This will range between 0.0 Hz and 60.0 Hz.
