Afternoon Festivities ASCWU Student Government, Campus Activities, and CWU Dining are joining forces to make Student Appreciation Day special. As a heartfelt thank you to every student our campus will be stacked with carnival games and a mouth-watering meal selection at the food festival. All for free, all for students. On this sunny spring day, you could dunk your peer in the dunk tank, fill up on a feast of Dining’s finest cuisine, or hang out by the stage and discover your next favorite artist. Live Concert Macklemore, Ice Cube, Armani White. What do these big names all have in common? In years past, each of these artists have helped us wave goodbye to the spring quarter with a special concert here at CWU. To give back to the hardworking students of our campus, Campus Activities and 88.1 the ' Burg have called on the one-and-only Sea Lemon to headline this year’s legendary concert!
See Sea Lemon with supporting artist Carson Daniel live on May 21 at Samuelson Hall from 5-7 p.m.! mountains to help Sea Lemon give us the ultimate Student Appreciation Day show. Washington and has been contributing to the Sea-Tac music scene for the past few years. After releasing his first full-length album in October, it seems Daniel is prepared to make the leap over the The Seattle pop virtuoso has been described by critics as a “dreampop gem” with her sound standing tall alongside her equally lush cast of inspirations, including the likes of Frou Frou, Enya, and My Bloody Valentine. As we catch Sea Lemon soaring out of our home state toward stardom, you won’t want to miss her concert on our very own campus.
