Have you ever heard the phrase “God gives seed to the sower”? Well that phrase is derived from this scripture above. What does it mean to really be given seen to sow? If a farmer is given a seed he would be a fool not to plant. When you plant one seed you are increasing the value. If you planted watermelon seeds you will harvest far more watermelons then the number of seeds you planted. This means where God is giving provision it is in our best interest to connect to the grace before us. However, the day that the farmer plants a seed is NOT the day he sees the harvest but imagine you are a frequent sower of seeds. Have you ever thought about what that would look like for you? If a farmer is always planting seeds, no matter the time of the year then he is constantly living in harvest. Similar to you, if you the farmer are being given seed and are a faithful sower then you will live out a life of abundant harvest. Even in seasons of drought the farmers benefit as will you. I remember my husband and I going through a season of drought and thinking since we have less we have to cut out our sowing. Boy was that a difficult time. I remember shifting my mindset and telling God if you give me seed as you have promised in your word, I will be faithful with it and make sure I connect with you in any way I can, and He did. Once He started to give me even $20 dollars more a month, $10 was going into good soil as my seed for our future. I watched increase begin to come month after month and not only in the form of finances. I watched peace come into my home, prayers I had forgotten about answered right before my eyes, doors were opening left and right! This was a product of my seeds. I made a vow that day that it didn’t matter if I had a lot or a little, I would never doubt God and stop my sowing again. Be someone who not only plants seeds but waters them with your faith. A CONSTANT HARVEST 2 Corinthians 9:10 “Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness” 1 Corinthians 3:7 says, “So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters isanything, but only God, who makes things grow.” If we do our part as believers and have faith that God will bring about the increase in the appointed season as His word reminds Us then we will always live out a life of great harvest. Shift your mindset today and watch your life grow!

Always with love,
