Qualifications/Education Essential
Educated to degree level or the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience. Chartered Surveyor or qualifications and experience leading to Chartered status. Expert technical knowledge in Property Management.
Desirable Evidence of recent continuing professional development.
Experience Essential Extensive experience in Property Management in a large property and varied estate portfolio. Experience of managing major asset portfolios. Experience of strategic asset management. Effective leadership. Experience of representing an organisation at high level meetings with internal and external bodies. CAD/space management experience. Desirable Understanding of financial and environmental risks of poor space utilisation. Experience within the NHS or other public sector body. Knowledge and understanding of clinical development, service re-design and best practice and how this relates to property management.
