At 430, condo sales were 6% higher month-over- month and 25% above July 2019. Decreasing to 24%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in July was $437,300, a 0.5% increase from June and 4% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price was $423,075 (6% above June), while the average PSF sales price was $470 (0.9% above June).
