The sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Burnaby North increased to 25%, remaining a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in July was $610,900, a 0.9% increase from June and 0.2% above July 2019. The average sold price was $599,222, 8% above last month; the average PSF sales price was $711, up 2% from last month.
