Detached listings in Langley (at 486) were 3% below June and 33% lower than in July 2019. Month-over-month detached sales increased 9% in July (to 179) and were 52% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 37%, as Langley’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. July’s detached benchmark price of $1.06M was 1.7% above June and 8% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price was $1.22M, a 3% increase from June and 10% higher year-over-year.
