The number of condo listings in Langley, at 432, decreased 1.4% month-over-month but rose 32% vs last year. July’s condo sales, at 119, were 20% above last month and 113% higher vs this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 28% in July, as Langley’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in July was $399,100, up 0.1% from June and 4% above July 2019. The average sold price was $396,762 (a 4% decrease from June) with an average PSF sales price of $455 (5% below June).
