The number of condo listings in North Vancouver increased to 398 in July, 9% higher month-over- month but 7% below July 2019. Condo sales were 9% higher month-over-month, at 120, and increased 25% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 30%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained favourable to sellers. The condo benchmark price, at $582,600, was 1.3% higher month-over-month and 5% above July 2019. The average sold price of $698,613 was up 8% vs June, while at $790, the average PSF sales price was 0.8% higher month-over-month.
