The 104 detached listings in Squamish in July were down 6% compared to June and 19% below July 2019. July’s detached sales (at 25) increased by 47% month-over-month and rose 92% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in July increased to 24%, as Squamish’s detached segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. At $993,800, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.7% above June and 1.3% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price of $1.15M was 2% above June and 20% higher vs July 2019.
