At 46, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 5% above June but 4% below July 2019. Townhome sales, at 20, were up 25% month-over- month and 122% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 43% in July as Squamish’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in July was $682,400, 0.1% above last month but 0.8% lower than last year. The average sold price was $726,575, while the average PSF sales price was $492 (up 0.6% and down 1.8%, respectively, from last month).
