Condo listings in Squamish in July, at 78, were 13% above June but 5% lower than in July 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up 82% in July and 18% higher month-over-month (to 20). Increasing to 26%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. July’s condo benchmark price of $467,200 was 7% below June and 2% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $466,733 at an average PSF sales price of $557 (down 5% and up 2%, respectively, month-over-month).
