The 1,624 detached listings in Surrey in July were up 0.4% month-over-month but 22% lower year-over-year. July’s detached sales (467 homes) were 50% above June and 74% higher vs July 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased in July, to 29%, as Surrey’s detached market transitioned to seller’s market territory. At $1.11M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.5% above June and 5% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price of $1.21M was 1.5% higher month-over-month and 17% above July of last year.
