The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. July’s condo benchmark price of $404,400 was 1.0% above June and 5% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price was $427,337 at an average PSF sales price of $514 (up 6% and down 1.9%, respectively, from June).
