Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 796 in July, 8% above June but 2% lower vs July 2019. Condo sales, at 205, were up 15% month-over- month and 16% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. July’s condo benchmark price of $404,400 was 1.0% above June and 5% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price was $427,337 at an average PSF sales price of $514 (up 6% and down 1.9%, respectively, from June).
