The 97 townhome listings in Vancouver East in July were 15% higher month-over-month but 4% lower year-over-year. The 29 townhome sales in July were 16% above last month and 21% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes was unchanged at 30%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The townhome benchmark price in July was $887,700, down 0.1% from June but 4% higher year-over-year. July’s average sold price was $1.01M at an average PSF sales price of $813 (up 4% and 1.8%, respective- ly, vs last month).
