At 219, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 5% higher in July than in June but 22% below July 2019. Townhome sales, at 48, were up by 41% vs June but unchanged vs last July. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 22% in July as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in July was $1.14M, 1.8% above last month and 2% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.32M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $977 (decreasing 3% and unchanged, respectively, from last month).
