The number of detached listings in West Vancouver in July (at 440) were 1.6% above June but 21% below July 2019. The 54 detached sales in July were up by 26% month-over-month and year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 12% in July, as conditions reflected balanced market conditions. July’s benchmark price was $2.66M—3% above June and 4% higher than in July 2019. The average sold price of $2.73M was 10% lower vs last month but 17% above last year.
