The number of condo listings in West Vancouver increased 15% between June and July, to 143, and were 6% higher vs July 2019. The 9 condo sales in July were 47% below last month and 31% lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 6% in July, as West Vancouver’s condo market transitioned to a buyer’s market. The condo benchmark price was $997,100 in July, 1.5% above June but 8% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.70M (down 9% vs June) and the average PSF sales price was $1,062 (0.9% above June).
