RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST Seller retains 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. Buyers receive full possession and all salvage value. DELIVERY Free delivery on bulls up to 300 miles. Delivery of the bulls will start the beginning of March following a breeding soundness exam. No free delivery on bred females/ pairs. We will assist in any way possible to help get your female purchases to their destinations. BOARDING Bulls will be boarded free of charge until delivery date. All bred females/cow calf pairs must be picked up within a week after the sale. GUARANTEE Mogck & Sons Angus guarantees all bulls selling for $4,000 or more against breeding season injury for the first breeding season. A breeding season is defined as the first 90 day period following the first turnout of bull(s). If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided. OR, if the buyer prefers, credit towards a bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less the salvage value of the injured bull. Under no circumstances will Mogck & Sons Angus be liable for more than the net purchase price of any bull. Please notify Mogck & Sons Angus as soon as possible, should injury occur, to make your claim and arrange your return of the injured bull. The guarantee ends August 1, 2025. Should the bull die, he will not be covered by this guarantee. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION A supplement sheet will be available on sale day for scrotal measurements and additional calving information.
