Here at Franklin Building Supply, we’re thrilled to have Javan Stansell as an incredible member of our team! For the past eight years, he’s brought dedication, expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to our Bellevue location and has worked his way up to sales manager. His favorite part of the job? “I get a real charge out of helping people find what they need,” he says with pride. And he is an expert at helping them find the perfect windows, decking, or concrete. Beyond that, he leads our Bellevue sales team and ensures we accomplish our goals each day. Javan started his FBS journey in the yard and gained valuable cross-training experience, which he compares to working both in the kitchen and in the front-end of a restaurant. Now, as a sales manager, he spearheads operations to ensure the team operates smoothly and safely. He takes pride in improving processes and ensuring the baton is passed efficiently between team members. When he’s not helping customers or leading the team, Javan embraces all that Sun Valley has to offer. From snowboarding and off-roading to camping and playing guitar, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. However, his favorite pastime is working on his trucks. “I’m slowly tricking them out, and I really enjoy that,” he shares. Behind the Scenes With Javan IN THE SPOTLIGHT
