Diptyque refillable bottles Non-Woven laundry bags changed to reusable cotton ones Amenities re-designed with compostable PLA or Plastic free alternatives Plastic free tea in the rooms Plastic free coffee capsules in the rooms No liners in the bins in the rooms Removal of stirrers Plastic free key cards
Segregating Paper & Card box, glass, mixed recycling, hazardous waste We reduce the washing of towels to linen to every two days We are implementing re-usable products such as durable coasters, and re-usable water bottles

Fish & Meat: Working with Suppliers who have salsa certification Cage Free-Range Eggs: UK- Lion Branded Working with local and small family- run business Working with an Oil supplier that also recycles our used oils. Our stationary is FCS certified Beehives on the roof Locally sources seasonal products for our Michelin-starred restaurant Wild Honey St James
Waste Management:
We have installed one ORCA food waste processor system We are monitoring and reducing our food waste in all F&B outlets We are currently trying to eliminate the single use plastic in the back of house
