Heads or Tails Game Energize the crowd in this fast paced and fun game to help raise money for the Chapter Grant Fund. Held during intermission, your representative helps raise money for the Chapter Grant Fund and conducts the game. Sponsor provides a prize to the winner.
Swag Bag Each gets receives a “swag bag” after the event. Provide the bag and a custom gift to help attendees remember this fantastic evening.
Dessert Curb attendees’ evening sweet tooth during the program intermission with the dessert bar. TIP: provide logoed napkins or extra sweet treats for extra brand recognition.
Table Wine Gift each dining table with two bottles of wine during dinner service and programming. TIP: Add your logo to the bottles or provide wine bottle charms for each table guest.
ADD ON Swag Bag Item
$200 + gift for bag All attendees will receive a parting gift bag to commemorate the evening. Provide a high end logoed gift to be remembered. I A minimum of 350 items must be ordered. Items must be at the DallasHR Office no later than February 1, 2024.
