Crock Pot Hot Cocoa Recipe (Serves 8) INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups heavy whipping cream 14 ounces sweetened condense milk 2 cups semi - sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 6 cups whole milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract STEP - BY - STEP INSTRUCTIONS: 1.
