Our Mentorship Program is built on the principles of development, cross- functional collaboration, and mutual empowerment. Pairing employees across the firm, the program offers a unique platform for mentees to set career goals and gain insights from experienced mentors. Mentors, in turn, find it rewarding to coach and empower their mentees to reach their full potential. This year-long partnership enriches career journeys and strengthens our commitment to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Launched in 2024, RPIA’s Spotlight Award honours employees who exemplify our values through exceptional dedication and impact. Recognizing achievements in innovation, resilience, teamwork, and leadership, the award is a testament to our belief in celebrating excellence and inspiring others. Monthly winners are celebrated at our Townhalls and receive a wellness reward, with an annual grand prize winner celebrated for their extraordinary contributions. This program underscores our appreciation for our team’s commitment to excellence, reinforcing our culture of recognition and gratitude.
