amie is a Georgia native, currently residing in Suwanee. With 15+ years of experience working in new construction, Jamie brings a great deal of
knowledge and experience with her. As a VP of Builder Developer Services, Jamie oversees several of our builder accounts, specifically managing the new home sales team. With her leadership, she’s dedicated to making sure that our team delivers on their sales commitments while providing a memorable experience for new home buyers. In addition to overseeing new home sales, Jamie works with many of our builder clients on feasibility studies, floorplan design based on market demand, new community launches and closeouts, and everything in between. She’s a great liaison between builder and sales and understands builder margins and the overall scope of the project to help the sales cycle progress in a timely and financially effective manner.
