Employee Volunteer Initiative
volunteer opportunities that positively impact the communities in which St. John Properties has a presence. Employees are encouraged to build direct connections with organizations that support their communities and reflect their values.
In 2024, St. John Properties launched the SJP Engage program. SJP Engage gives each employee the opportunity to engage with the community, nonprofit organizations and colleagues across departments by providing a yearlong schedule of coordinated
