Our employees dedicate an average of 8,400 volunteer hours annually

SJP Engage volunteers plant trees at Irvine Nature Center in Baltimore, MD. Employees participate in the Baltimore Raven's 2024 Caw To Action initiative in partnership with the United Way of Central Maryland and the Student Support Network. Employees volunteer at the Maryland Food Bank, the east coast's first food bank, leading the fight against hunger. Volunteers help prepare the campgrounds at Camp Open Arms, a free summer program for children with limb differences. Employees from the Virginia office help load diapers for distribution to over 45 nonprofits at our Ashburn Crossing development. Volunteers helped to clean up the Maryland Zoo's grounds and prep for the upcoming season. Employees from the Colorado office volunteer at BOMA's Community Enrichment Day, helping to provide resume and interview prep, clothing sorting and styling. 8 1 2 6 3–5 9 7
