He will concentrate his practice on environmental and energy litigation, regulatory counseling, and transactional matters. Duncan had been practicing at Blank Rome LLP, where he represented and counseled a broad range of clients in envi- ronmental and energy matters and litigated cases before state and federal courts, the Pennsyl- vania Environmental Hearing Board and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Prior to that, he served as an assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board and as a staff attorney for an environmental organization in Philadelphia. He currently serves as chair of the Pennsylvania Bar As- sociation, Environmental and Energy Law Section’s Pro Bono Committee, and he is an ap- pointed member of East Brad- ford Township’s Environmental Advisory Council. Duncan received his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law. In law school, he was a law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Reuter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. n
