Presented by the MBA, the Evening of Excellence at- tracted more than a thousand professionals who contribute to the quality of construction in Western Pennsylvania. Highlighting this popular event was the presentation of the Building Excellence Awards, the commercial con-

P ITTSBURGH, PA — Massaro Properties, LLC announced the completion of one new lease and two returning tenants at Campbells Run Business Center (CRBC) in Robinson Township. 180 Medical Supply, one of America’s fastest growing, nationally accredited provid- ers of sterile-use catheters, ostomy and disposable medi- cal supplies, is now leasing 2,534 s/f of office/flex space in CRBC Building 500. Mas- saro Properties sales associate Lisa Tiche acted as a dual

The com - pany will continue to occupy the entire 19,379 s/f prem- ises of Building 400, which it has called home since 1988. Tiche and Massaro Properties president David Massaro represented the landlord in the transaction, while TRANE was represented in-house by its real estate department. Tiche also presided over a three-year renewal transac- tion with ChemDAQ Inc., a designer, manufacturer and seller of fixed gas detec - tion systems. Since 2011, the company has been a tenant of CRBC Building 300, where it occupies 6,000 s/f of office/ flex space. ChemDAQ Inc. CFO Kevin Vaughn found the negotia- tion process to be a pain- less and efficient one, stating that “[Lisa and David] were both very accommodating, professional and gracious throughout the process. Most importantly, they represented Massaro Properties with in- tegrity. I could not have asked for more.” In response to this recent activity, Massaro said, “It’s always an exciting opportu- nity to welcome a new lessee like 180 Medical Supply, and we look forward to building a lasting relationship with them as we have with TRANE, ChemDAQ and all of our other long-term tenants.” “CRBC has always main- tained a high occupancy level due to its convenient location, and the building amenities and customer service our tenants have come to expect and appreciate,” Massaro continued. “Due to its success, we have developed another 22,000 s/f building in the com- plex. The building shell is complete and we have already begun discussions with sev- eral potential tenants.” n

180 Medical Supply had been operating its regional branch in the North Hills area for five years before national licensing & facilities manager Bill Ronne began the search for a new space with higher visibility. Ronne found exactly what he was looking for at CRBC. “Working with Lisa and Massaro Properties to relocate our Pittsburgh office turns out to be the best expe- rience I’ve had in over eight years,” Ronne said. “Lisa took the time to listen to the special requirements that I needed
