Lawler III. This is an Academic Article that explains the research behind the EPO Integrative Model of Motivation that we will share during the program. No requirement that you read it. It is provided because some participants have expressed interest in knowing more about the model. (Optional)

Bring your own case o Come to class ready to discuss a personal challenge motivating others. Make sure you are ready to share clear Performance Indicators: Specifically, what are you trying to motivate them to do that you are not getting?
