The best way to foster this is through meaningful collaboration , where teachers can share ideas, celebrate successes, and have a voice in the decisions that affect their classrooms. Open, honest communication— from leadership and among colleagues—is essential for building this supportive team culture. • Share Our Stories: We can convey our enthusiasm to the community by sharing the real, positive moments that happen every day. This includes celebrating student achievements, showcasing innovative teaching, and highlighting the genuine connections and growth that define the Greencastle-Antrim experience.
