Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrable previous management experience driving income generation for commercial venue and accommodation hire.

Experience/ Knowledge

Experience in pro-active and re-active sales in a management position. Experience working in a similar role within the Higher Education Sector.

Experience in setting marketing plans and review of ROI. Knowledge of accommodation and summer schools. Experience of financial reporting and income forecasting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build positive, productive working relationships across all levels.

Good conflict resolution and complaints management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as a team player.
