• Support the Watershed Restoration Plan (WRP) developed by the NCDMS for the Savannah River Basin.
• Cooperate with the NC Division of Parks and Recreation (NCDPR), US Forest Service (USFS), and NCWRC, who manage much of the basin in North Carolina.
