SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES Give us a call and we will be happy to go over the offering and select the best animal for you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will take the bull back home. Simple as that. SALE TERMS Animals are sold to the highest bidder, auctioneer will settle disputes. Changes announced sale day take precedence over any printed material in this catalog. We ask for 1/3 of purchase price of bulls to be paid sale day with the balance due at the time of delivery. We keep the bulls free of charge until the 1st of April and at that time we do a breeding soundness exam. Please let us know sale day when you will need your bull so we can make the most economical trucking arrangements. Bred heifers will be sold one at a time by lot number. Most of the heifers will be heavy springers at sale time. We would like them picked up within a few day of the sale, just let girls in the office know when your going to get them or if you need assistance. RL BULL GUARANTEE We guarantee bulls to be satisfactory breeders in the first 90 days of the breeding season, except in the case of abuse or neglect. Limerock Ranch’s liability does not exceed the purchase price of the bull. We aren’t happy unless you are. Any person attending the sale does so at their own risk. Limerock Ranch is not responsible for accidents.

All the Bred Heifers have had Cleanup11 and Vaccinated one time with Scourguard4KC, are on Purina Wind and Rain 7.5 mineral plus. We feed ADE and Kpremix 3 times a week, Kent Energy tubs. Their diet consist of poor ground hay, 4lbs syrup, 25 lbs of haylage/trical and 10lbs corn sileage, 200 grams of rumensin and free choice of 2nd crop hay
