HEALTH: All bulls have passed semen evaluation performed by Dr. Greg Carlson, Southwood Veterinary Clinic in Jamestown, ND. On 12/16/2025, bulls were poured with Protectus, and drenched with Valbazen. Bulls have been on a full Zoetis vaccination program. BASE PRICE: All bulls will have a minimum price of $4500 sale day. Bidding Two bulls - 2% discount Three bulls - 3% discount Four bulls - 4% discount Five or more - 5% discount RETAINED INTEREST: Full semen interest and possession sells on all bulls. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms of sale are cash. Full payment is due sale day or online bidders will be invoiced. DELIVERY: Free up to 300 miles from Elston Lone Tree Ranch within the U.S. All bulls will be delivered immediately after the sale. Take bull(s) home day of sale receive $50 off per bull. GUARANTEE: will begin at the base price. VOLUME DISCOUNT: Volume discount as follows: All bulls selling for $4500 or more will be covered 100% by ELTR if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60 day period following the first turnout of the bulls. All bulls selling for $4500 or more will be given 100% of the value of the injured bull, minus any salvage value, as credit. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please no- tify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. A copy of the sales receipt must be received by Elston Lone Tree Ranch to receive proper credit. All claims must be made by October 2026. Bulls are available for viewing anytime at Elston Lone Tree Ranch 6 miles north of Interstate 94. Take exit 276 off Interstate 94. Head north 6 miles then west 1 mile. Ranch is on the north side of the road. SALE DAY: The bulls will be on display. We will be utilizing videos instead of having bulls sold in the ring.
