INDIGOFERA SUFFRUTICOSA

Harvesting By mid-July in South Carolina, a crop of Indigofera suffruticosa may already be about three feet tall and produce small pink flowers. Harvesting usually starts in early August and continues until October (before a hard freeze), or when the plants reach this stage of maturity. This process is specific to the subtropical climate of Georgia and South Carolina but may be applicable in other regions with similar climates. Techniques & Tools
