In the Company’s 2024 Proxy Statement, there is a list of the attributes and qualifications of the Board. In addition, the Company provides Director orientation for new directors to familiarize themselves with Sanmina. We encourage our board to attend continuing education programs to enhance their skills and knowledge to further enhance their contribution to the organization.

Sanmina provides an independent third party reporting solution that is available via the phone or internet and is administered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Further information regarding our Open Door reporting is available in the Governance section page 36.

Sanmina’s key stakeholders include customers, employees, investors, suppliers and distributors, government and regulators and industry leaders. We engage in regular communication with stakeholders as a way to better understand their needs and concerns and to provide an update on Sanmina.

None of Sanmina’s U.S. employees are represented by a labor union. In some international locations, our employees are represented by labor unions on either a national or plant level or are subject to collective bargaining agreements.
Sanmina engages with its stakeholders and the RBA to better understand important issues that could have a potential impact on our business or the communities where we do business.
