Brenner Angus - Annual Angus & Red Angus Bull Sale [2/27/26]

Welcome

Dear Cattlemen and Friends, Brenner Angus would like to invite everyone to attend our 2026 annual bull sale! We would also like to thank our customers, friends, and family, for the continued support in our program. The bulls in this year’s sale represent over five decades of breeding registered Angus cattle. We are in record highs in the cattle market but with a bit of uncertainty, nobody knows how long we will ride the highs. But one thing is for certain a bull has never been more affordable. For decades, we have been striving to produce problem-free bulls that require less inputs, are productive, have the performance to add real pounds in the pasture and into the feedlot, and will produce the next generation of females. Our registered cow herd is run the same way as a commercial operation and is given no second chances. Mainly calving out on pasture. They need to have strong maternal traits, calve easy, possess strong mothering ability, and have great udders. Cows that are fertile, efficient, easy flesh- ing, that breed back weaning calves come fall are cows that help any ranchers bottom line. The bulls in our sale are backed by females as such and will sire calves that you can be proud of. This year we were blessed with an ample amount of rain receiving over 25 inches. Allowing the pastures, crops, and cattle to thrive. The yearling bulls (53 Angus and 18 Red Angus) came off of green summer pastures being weaned the first part of October. They have been on a growing/developing ration since gaining an average of 3.24 lbs. per day. The bulls are developed with our customers in mind, not getting overfeed so they can go out and perform in the real world. Working in different environments while main- taining their condition and longevity. This year’s offering consists of many performance bulls that will go out and add pounds to a calf crop and do well. As well as many calving-ease bulls that will work great on heifers or cows without giving up performance. They are noted within the comments. For the first time we utilized the Angus GS test. The test analyzes thousands of DNA markers across an animal’s genetic makeup and combines that information with pedigree and performance data to produce gnomically enhanced EPDs allowing for more accuracy. It also verified sire parentage and tested the bulls free of all genetic defects. Which in turn allows you to buy with the utmost of confidence. All the bulls in the sale are registered. If you want papers transferred to you, please let them know in the office after making your purchase. We will need your correct address and member number if you have one. Once again, we would like to thank all our customers for your continued support. We invite you to join us on Friday, February 27th, 2026, @ 2:00 PM CST at Kist Livestock in Mandan, ND. A complimentary lunch will be served before the sale. The bulls are always open to visitors before the sale at the ranch south of Carson and can be viewed the day or two before the sale at Kist. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call us. We look forward to seeing you on sale day!

God’s blessings to you and your families throughout the coming year!
