Blueberry Yum Yum –

Ginger Sparks

Alice is about a year old and likes to play in the dirt and dig up plants. She is the newest member to Beatrice's Williams family.

Ingredients: ¼ cup nuts (optional)

1 large box of grape Jello 2 cups of boiling water 1 can of blueberry pie filling 1 can of crushed pineapple (do not drain) 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp) 1 cup of sour cream

½ cup of sugar 1 tsp. of vanilla

Steps: Mix Jello with the boiling water until dissolved. Stir in blueberry pie filling and pineapple with juice. Refrigerate until firm. Topping: Mix the pkg. cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla together. Spread over firm Jello mixture. May garnish with chopped pecans or walnuts if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
