SCHEDULE OF EVENTS/CATTLE VIEWING: Cattle will be at Rich Prairie Livestock on February 26, 2026 at 12:00 noon for anyone interested in viewing Videos available at www.dvauction.com/events/208412 February 12, 2026. TERMS: • All Cattle will sell under standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. • Any death/injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk. • Anyone attending this sale attends at their own risk. Angus Alliance and all associated with the sale will not be held respon- sible for a personal injury while attending this sale. • Hilltop Farms, Pohlkamp Angus, Nature Road Angus, and Black Clover Angus will retain 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest on all bulls selling at the 2026 sale. Buyers receive full possession and all salvage value. • Angus Alliance guarantees our bulls to be sound, fertile, and reproductive in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Angus Association. We are not responsible for the loss of any females not serviced. WINTERING AND DELIVERY: There will be a $100 credit per bull applied to purchase if bull is taken home day of sale. If you choose not to take your bull day of sale, we will feed and keep bulls free of charge until April 1, 2026. After April 1, 2026, a $4.00/day fee will apply and is due prior to bull delivery. We will deliver bulls free of charge within 150 miles of Rich Prairie Livestock Exchange and work with you to make arrangements. • ALL heifers purchased must be taken home day of sale. GENETIC TESTING : Bulls are believed to be free of recessive genetic defects through pedigree or DNA testing, unless otherwise noted. All bulls selling in the sale have been genetically tested for genomic enhanced EPDs using the HD50k or AngusGS analysis. SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES: If you are unable to make it to the sale and are interested in bidding or buying, we can purchase cattle on order for you. Please call day of sale contact. MULTI-BULL BUYER INCENTIVE: If you purchase 2 or more bulls, receive a $100 discount off your total bill, not per bull. If you purchase 3 or more bulls, receive $300 discount off your total bill, not per bull.

Breeding season is defined as a 60-day period following the first turnout of bull. All bulls selling for $5500 or more will be guaranteed against a disabling injury for the first breeding season. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit will be given in the following year’s sale, less the salvage value of the injured bull. All injured bulls must have a veterinarian certificate of injury. We also reserve the right to a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 1, 2026. This is not a mortality insurance policy nor does it cover mismanagement or neglect. We also DO NOT cover injuries sustained prior to breeding season. Entire mortality insurance premium is the responsibility of the buyer. This releases Angus Alliance and its affiliates from any further guarantees in regard to animal mortality. HEALTH: Bulls and heifers are on a complete vaccination program which includes 5-way, 8-way, Valbazen, and pour-on ivermection. INSURANCE: An insurance card will be available with contact infor- mation for an insurance broker should you wish to get insurance on your bull. We will take every precaution to ensure the health of your purchase. However, we strongly encourage you to take insurance on your purchase.
EPDs contained in the hard copy of this sale book were current as of print date. Digital versions of this sale book can be viewed online at www.angus. org and will have EPDs updated every Friday with the exception of EPD references in footnotes and photos.
