You become like a family.” Maria Lynn has created a plan where she walks her customers through different aisles of the Melaleuca store every month, and she always makes herself available to answer questions. “What makes my job so rewarding is service to others,” she explains. “I get chills just thinking about how I can help others.”

Building Activities and the focus on helping others, it was a real call to action for me. This is exactly where I’m supposed to be at this moment in time.” Maria Lynn began by learning as much as she could about the products, and she found the Learn to Earn videos to be extremely helpful. “I love learning about how the products are made and what ingredients are used,” she says. “And the fact that I was getting money for learning was totally exciting for me.” As Maria Lynn began sharing Melaleuca with others, she noticed something. “We are missing out on connecting with others,” she

Maria Lynn’s Melaleuca journey began earlier than she first realized. After enrolling with a Home Conversion Pack, she recognized a familiar scent. “It was the same soap my mother-in-law used in the early 1990s,” Maria recalls. “It instantly brought me back to her home. I didn’t realize those were Melaleuca products I had loved back then.” Her memories of the products along with the Mission Statement assured Maria Lynn that Melaleuca was the perfect place for her. “I had been looking for something that aligned with who I am and what I believe,” she says. “So when I saw the Seven Critical Business-
