You can discover its many charms after a 40-minute ferry ride from Piraeus. Explore the Temple of Aphaea, Greece’s best-preserved ancient temple, dating back to around 500 BC, and the monastery of Saint Nektarios. The island is also home to an archaeological museum, where you can admire the ruins and walls of antiquity, while the island has, of course, several beautiful beaches that are worth visiting, such as Marathonas, Kleidi and Kerry.
