Savski most dugačak je oko 430 metara, ima dve trake za drumska vozila, po jednu u svakom smeru, koje u isto vreme koriste i tramvaji. Sagrađen je za vreme okupacije, 1942, a od rušenja, pošto su ga nacisti minirali, 20. oktobra 1944. spasao ga je beogradski učitelj Miladin Zarić. Nemci su ga zvali Most Princa Eugena, posle rata neko vreme bio je poznat kao Nemački most, a danas je ga zovemo Stari savski… The Sava Bridge is about 430 metres long and has one lane each way for road vehicles that are simultaneously also used by trams. Built during the WWII occupation in 1942, it was saved from Nazi mining on 20 th October 1944 by Belgrade-based teacher Miladin Zarić. The Germans called it Prince Eugene Bridge, while it was known for a while after the war as the German Bridge and today we call it the Old Sava Bridge…
