PROFESSIONAL IMAGE TOOLKIT FOR LEADERS
CLEAN HAT PROGRAM
The Clean Hat program focuses on providing clean hats in exchange for hats that are faded, frayed, stained or otherwise don’t meet image guidelines. All active associates who are wearing hats that do not meet image and uniform guidelines are eligible.
Requests for hats to use in our Clean Hat program can be made by the below associates by sending an email to cleanhats@averitt.com .

• Service center leadership • Dedicated site leadership • Maintenance leadership • On Tour Logistics leadership • Driver support specialists • Safety coordinators CLEAN HAT PROCESS 1. Submit a request via email to cleanhats@averitt.com . 2. Marketing and Communications will order and ship the hats to you. 3. Once you receive the hats, seek out associates with hats that do not meet image guidelines and offer them a new hat in exchange.
