L ike our fellow citizens, Swiss-born Ursula Läubli explains equally tem- peramentally that the trac is to blame for her being ve minutes late. However, it can be seen in her instantly moving the next scheduled meeting that she has the accuracy of Swiss watches in her blood. She happily talks about her work, em- phasising the importance of the projects her oce supports. We want to transfer here the tradition of referendums that has existed in Swit- zerland for 150 years, because we think it is important for citizens to be involved in decisions that relate directly to their place of residence.
