S ince 2019, first as acting director and then manager of the Belgrade Drama Theatre, film and theatre director Jug Radivojevic (49) be- gan the “great spring clean” of this theatre, which has a tradition dating back 74 years. The audience at this artistic address is now seeking a spare ticket for performances of many titles months in advance, and from August the public has also had the opportunity to enjoy theatrical tales performed on the newly opened Summer Stage. The BDT is also ea- gerly awaiting the Belgrade International Theatre Fes- tival - Bitef, from 13 th to 25 th September, during which it will present two plays to theatre lovers.
